All 12 Hypnotic stories on 6 CDs

These stories  are for your child to listen to as they fall asleep.  They are hypnotic, and ask the child to use their imagination to discover the power they have in their brain. There are many aspects to the stories and each one has a unique purpose.

Each session is about 20-30 minutes long. At the end, as your child is falling asleep, positive suggestions are used to strengthen the theme of the story and to allow them to sleep better and awaken feeling happier.

As your child is falling asleep at night, they will listen to a story that will take them on a journey into their brain to change their desire for sweets to healthy foods, (yes really) and make them want to be active.

Kids respond really well to positive suggestion when they get to use their own imagination and they feel they are the one in control and the one making the decision.

These stories on CD are for your child to listen to as they fall asleep.  They are hypnotic, and ask the child to use their imagination to discover the power they have in their brain. At the end, as your child is falling asleep, positive suggestions are used to strengthen the theme of the story and to allow them to sleep better and awaken feeling happier.

During this first session they will have a chance to learn how much power they have in their brain and how they magically make the pounds come off by telling their brain to feel full.
It will be really helpful if you weigh your child, and record it on paper so they can see the changes.
Also, you can help your child by removing the foods that are starchy, sugary and full of fat. If you have a plate of fruit ready as an afternoon snack, and celery with peanut butter, and hunks of lowfat cheese, your kids will be able to follow the new desires that their brain has for good foods!

Is it hypnosis?

Yes and no.
Children under 8 are in trance about 80% of their waking time. They are very suggestible and imaginative. Just like adults, when we imagine something vividly it makes changes in our brains and in our bodies.
Since kids are naturally in a trance state, and not in their analytical and critical brain, they absorb the suggestions as they participate in the stories.
After the story is over, the CD continues with gentle suggestions about the boy or girl that they are becoming.

Are there side effects?

Most parents tell me their kids sleep better, are able to focus better in school and have really exciting dreams to talk about. The stories are all positive and focus on the good things that are changing, never on any negative suggestions or thoughts.
