  I am 48 years old and have been overweight most of my adult life. I started with the CD's about 6 weeks ago. My whole life has changed. I exersize 2 times per day (I have too), I don't eat fattening foods, I talk to myself mentally ( you don't want that!). I go in the grocery store and only buy the foods that are good for me. • Hi, I am a female over the road truck driver. Obviously, I sit on my butt all night and sleep all day. I run team with another driver and I like the night shift.
