  It's been over 3 mos. that i have not smoked. I live in a semi w/ my husband who still smokes. It doesn't even bother me. Get this, I loaned the cd's to a friend who (didn't listen to them, but) loaned them to a friend and she used them and QUIT SMOKING! WOW! Thanks Wendi

  Wow....it's been six months and I'm still not smoking. I'be been through my son getting hit by a truck while riding his bike, finding out I'm diabetic, getting a biopsy, planning a wedding and being the manager at a stressful job. I have tried to quit several times before and in fact bought the CDs severaly years ago and never listened to them. One day I decided to give them a try and WOW, it worked. I've just odered the Zen of Thin and am looking forward to never dieting again :)

• I bought your "stop smoking" cd and quit a 25 year habit overnight! Honestly, I smoked between 2-4 packs a day and after listening to the first cd I didn't even think about a cigarette for nearly 12 hours. Now I cannot stand the smell of the smoke. The best thing is I haven"t started another habit such as eating or chewing gum. This May is 7 year anniversary and I have been promising my wife to quit for the 8 years we have known each other.
