For years, I have had trouble shutting my mind off at night, the same thoughts, parts of songs, reliving the day over and over again. Even when I slept, I kept dreaming of work and I never relaxed. I would wake up often and have trouble falling back asleep. Within a couple of days of listening to the "Deep Sleep, Light of Wisdom" track, I noticed a dramatic change in my sleep habits.
