This is a great DVD for beginners. I have plenty of books on self-hypnosis, but this DVD was more helpful than all of them put together. I only wish I'd bought it sooner!

Wendi's relaxed, straight forward way of explaining techniques makes it easy to learn and even entertaining at times.

If you're interested in learning self-hypnosis, this DVD is a great way to get started. Or if you're like me, and already have all the books, but still don't feel confident in your skills, Wendi's hypnotic inductions and guidance can be a great way to supplement your practice.

I bought the DVD version of this and enjoyed watching it. It had some interesting ideas, like the magic rock and the ear anchor, and it did a good job of explaining and teaching basic self-hypnosis. The instruction and information is good and useful, and Wendi's personality is fun.

All in all, I would recommend this for the instruction and information.
