  This is a wonderful way to organise the day.
  At the end of the day, just stop and realise
  how smoothly the day has passed. I wake up
  and program my mental computer, (the brain)
  and say "now I will jump out of bed,-do this,
  and so on phone so and so, do shopping, etc)"
  and program the day. It is a wonderful way
