I cannot thank you enough for your weight loss CDs. I have been using them for about 2 weeks now (and of course not using them according to the program instructions :-) ) - I started with the control cd and then moved on to the appetite zapper and use them only at night..I do not weigh myself but regardless of amount of weight loss, my entire eating pattern has completely changed. everything you talk about in the appetite zapper has come true. Plus I use them at night when going to sleep so I hardly even pay attention. I only eat healthy foods now and am usually full most of the day. All this has occurred in just 2 weeks. one of the telltale signs of early on success was christmas dinner. Usually I would simply try to cram as much food down into my stomach as I possibly could and this year I had one normal size plate and didn't have any desire for more. Someone asked if I wanted more and I thought about it for a second and said "no". That was my first sign of success. I am 56 years old, do not cook (microwave mary would be a great descripton) and only ate "crap". I now eat protein and low carbs and fruits etc. It is totally amazing!!!!! I dont know how to thank you. That certainly is vital and I've been very conscientious about changing my thoughts and words thanks to that part of the message.

It works - you'll amaze yourself!

I've been going to Curves for a year and had great results there just by adding exercise to my routine and making some common-sense changes in my food choices. I have had a life long battle with food/weight obsessions. This would be a
long an involved story to explain, but what I do want you to know (and also
please pass this on to Wendi) is that I heard Wendi on the radio and became
interested.. visited the website and decided to order Appetite Zapper to see
if it would help. Oh my gosh, I had no idea that after the very first day
things would be different! My relationship with food started to change right
away. I noticed that I just was not as hungry, there were foods that used to
appeal to me but now just did not seem to be good... cravings that I used to
have were just gone, there was no effort - I actually enjoyed the food I was
eating and for the very first time in my life.. I did not worry about what I
was going to eat or what I just ate - it just seemed natural. Then I ordered
the Stomach Stapler and this new way with food became even more cemented

into my mind. This is a complete miracle to me and I am thanking God
constantly - so very grateful that through Wendi''s CD''s -- He transformed my
mind and body to behave and think differently about food. Thank you, Wendi
